History of BNP Strategies, formerly called Cabinet BNP

BNP a reference in fund-raising circles

BNP was born of the inspired union of Jean Robert Nolet, a veteran fund-raising professional, and Christian Bolduc, a young lawyer who chose to specialize in fund-raising in 1996.

Jean Robert Nolet & Associates, a dynamic laboratory of sorts, came into being in June 1999. Immediately, the team set about developing innovative flexible approaches and services which were new to the fund-raising field at the time. It was the beginning of remarkable market success in both Québec and New Brunswick.
A year later in 2000, Jacques Primeau, a foundation executive with broad experience in the health care sector, joined the firm in the capacity of partner and the consultancy changed its name to Bolduc Nolet Primeau & Associates.

Business continued to grow and in 2003, Jean Guy Lewis, a career fund-raising management professional, joined BNP; he subsequently became a partner in 2005.

Jean-Nicholas Marziali, a lawyer by profession and MBA graduate, rounded out the foursome in 2004 when he joined the firm in the capacity of consultant for New Brunswick 2004; in 2006, he too became a partner.

During this period, the team at BNP continued to post exponential growth. Today, the firm boasts some thirty individuals active in all sectors of fund-raising endeavour.

In honour of this year’s 10th anniversary celebrations, our firm, now well known and well respected, has engaged in a process designed to revitalize our corporate image.
