Carol holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the Université de Moncton and a Master’s in Public Communications from Université Laval. Her 20 years of experience in the field have enabled her to develop extensive expertise in communication-related matters and media relations. She oversees a number of annual events in New Brunswick and acts as media relations officer for artists. In addition to doing a stint as a journalist for the daily newspaper, Le Matin, she worked for Université de Moncton (1989-2000) as communications officer (for five years) and as a professor and director of the Communications and Information Program (for five years). She also directed communications and media relations for the province of New Brunswick at the 1999 Sommet de la Francophonie in Moncton. She takes an avid interest in travelling, writing and photography.
