Boasting over twelve years of experience in telemarketing and sales, Francine worked as a telephone sales representative for Tele‑Direct Publications from 1985 to 1996. The quality of her work earned her a President’s Gold Circle award for excellence in volume of sales. From 1996 to 1998, she owned a training company specializing in sales and telemarketing techniques designed to help companies enhance corporate telephone communications skills.    

In the period from 1998 to 2010, Francine served as Recruitment Coordinator for Association des diplômés de l’Université Laval. In this capacity, she put together a telemarketing team and enjoyed responsibility for the hiring, training and supervision of all team resources. Francine’s sense of leadership and organization, as well as her demonstrated abilities as a team builder and player, will doubtless prove of inestimable value to BNP.
