An experienced professional with a BA in Political Science and Economics from McGill University and an MBA in Finance, Victor boasts a wealth of experience in the charitable giving sector. From 1993 to 2008, Victor was Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation of Stars, the largest source of non‑governmental funding for pediatric research in Québec. He also served as National Executive Director of The Kidney Foundation of Canada and as Campaign Director of a $40 million capital campaign for the Montréal Children’s Hospital.

 During his career, Victor has chaired a number of Boards of Directors, including those of the Montreal YMCA and the Phoenix Foundation. He has also served in the capacity of director on the Boards of the Montréal Chest Hospital Foundation and the Canadian Centre for Philanthropy. He is also one of the newly elected councillors to Westmount City Council. In October 2009, Victor joined BNP Strategies as a senior consultant. His breadth of experience, leadership and communications skills will be invaluable additions to BNP Strategies'team.
